Structure:

Gotham was born in 2001 and it is our goal to provide the opportunity for women to play lacrosse at a post-collegiate level in New York City. We aim to provide a rewarding experience for all athletes, whether near beginner or accomplished veteran. As well, Gotham recognizes that members will be juggling careers and personal lives with their love for lacrosse. We offer an experience that caters to your schedule - whether you have ample time and energy to commit whole heartedly or whether your life allows only occasional forays onto the playing field. In order to successfully meet your needs, we schedule both local and travel games. As well, members may chose to only attend weekly practice and forego competitive play.

Dues - $150 for the season

Dues should be paid in full by the end of March. Players joining after the official start of the season will be welcome to attend 1 practice session with no obligation. Dues will then be expected in full two weeks after you join. You may not attend practice without being a member of Gotham and US Lacrosse.

Additional Requirements:

• USLacrosse membership is required as they provide our insurance coverage during practice and in competitive play.
• Goggles are mandatory
• No one under the age of 18 may join Gotham. Current undergraduate students may join but post-collegiate players will be given preference in playing opportunities.
